Order Kits
The new WWMD monitoring kits are now available with instructions in both English and Spanish. Please review the below information prior to placing your order.
For Orders Within the United States:
Cost and Shipping
The cost for each individual kit is $13.00 plus $7.20 for shipping and handling via Priority Mail to any location in the US. For orders of 10 or more kits, the shipping and handling is $1.50 per kit via UPS surface transportation.
Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, and American Express accepted for all orders. Please note that your credit card will be charged by LaMotte Company, the company that is handling the processing and shipment of your order. Schools and government agencies may use purchase orders for payment but must order by phone.

Order by Phone
To order by phone, please call Customer Service at LaMotte Company at 1-800-344-3100, Monday through Friday from 8:15 AM to 5:00 PM (EST). Press 1 to speak to Customer Service, and request an order for code 8132.
Note: The last day to order for delivery within the U.S. by October 18 is October 10.
For Orders Outside the U.S.:
The cost of each individual kit is $13.00 (US) plus a $10.00 handling fee per order. Shipping costs are an additional fee; however, LaMotte Company will secure the most cost-effective shipping possible. International orders require Visa, MasterCard, or American Express payment; a bank draft; or wire transfer of US funds in advance of the order’s release. Please note that your credit card will be charged by LaMotte Company, the company that is handling the processing and shipment of your order.
