KUKARA (Kuras Kali Surabaya) is an event where some citizens who have applied can contribute in cleaning one of the streams of Surabaya River (Rolak River - Kali Rolak). This event is held by the cooperation of Rotaract East Surabaya, Indonesia; Ecoton, Surabaya, Indonesia; etc.
